Christopher M. Bennett

Christopher M. Bennett, 48, of North Main St., Sherburne, NY, passed away March 8, 2021 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY.
He was born on November 14, 1972 in Norwich and was raised in Smyrna, NY. He received his education in Sherburne-Earlville schools. He moved to Sherburne in 2017. Chris enjoyed cooking and had worked as a cook at Ozzie’s Diner for several years. He loved music and going to concerts. Above all, his favorite times were those spent with his grandchildren.
Surviving are his mother, Audrey McGregor of Sherburne; his children, Brennon Bennett of Rome; Gage and Kayla Bennett of Oneida; his beloved grandsons, Jamison, Aiden and Archer; sisters, Richelle and Mark Loewenstein of TX; Sabrina and Chanin Osborne of FL; brothers, Lance and Holly Bennett of Fultonville; Jason and Kathy Bennett of Norwich; Heath and Monica Bennett of NC; Walter and Kayla Bennett of Sherburne; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his favorite aunt, Jean Harrington.
Friends are invited to call at the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 10 S. Main St., Sherburne on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 from 5-7pm, followed by a Memorial Service at 7pm.
Interment will be in the Poolville Cemetery at the convenience of his family.
