HENRY C. BRUSTAD, JR.
MORRISVILLE: Henry C. Brustad, Jr., 72, of Morrisville, passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Crouse Community Center, Morrisville. He was born in Hamilton on October 20, 1944, a son of the late Henry C. Sr. and Lillian Knutsen Brustad and was a graduate of Hamilton Central School.
He was united in marriage to Su-Ellen Scott. He was employed at Ray’s Wayside, Morrisville College, and the Officer’s Club at Patrick’s AFB in Cocoa Beach, FL. He enjoyed sports, especially playing softball, and was an avid NY Giant’s, NY Yankee’s, and Boston Celtic’s fan.
Surviving are his wife, Su-Ellen Scott of Cocoa Beach, FL; sons Cory Brustad of Hamilton, Jeff Brustad of Yonkers; daughter Julie (Karl “Toad”) Hatch of Oneida; step-son Brian (Gary Bazzle, Jr.) Regni of South Carolina; step-daughter Cathleen (Jesse) McConnell of Syracuse; 5 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by a brother George Brustad and sisters Mary Keys and Sonja Martel.
Interment will be private in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Hamilton at the convenience of the family.
Friends are invited and may call on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 from 5 to 7 PM at Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 25 Broad St., Hamilton.
