Michael P. Austin, 53, of State Route 20, passed away unexpectedly, on Friday December 11, 2015 at Community Memorial Hospital Hamilton. He was born July 30, 1962 in Hamilton, a son of Patrick and Rose Towsley Austin and received his education in Madison schools. Michael work on the family farm, and for various other farms in the area. Surviving are his mother Rose Austin of Bouckville; a son and daughter in law, Thomas and Sarah Austin of Whitesboro; two sisters and a brother in law, Christine Austin of Bouckville; Amanda and Scott Foster of Hubbardsville and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 19, 2015 at 2 PM from the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home 25 Broad St., Hamilton, NY 13346. Followed by burial in Stockbridge Cemetery. Friends are invited and may call on Saturday from noon to 2 PM, prior to the service at the funeral home.
