Tony L. Ross, 81, of Whittaker St., Riverside, NJ, who recently moved to Earlville, NY to be with his daughter, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton, NY.
He was born October 12, 1927 in Palmyra NY, a son of the late Frank and Bessie Basile Ross. Tony proudly served his country in the U.S. Army Air Force during WWII from 1945 to 1946. He had retired from the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Union, Local #5 in NJ.
Surviving are his beloved daughter, Toni Ann and son-in-law, Thomas Kozianowski of Earlville, NY; his beloved grandchildren, Ryan Hannon, Katelyn Kozianowski and Kerri Kozianowski; a brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Naomi Ross of NJ; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Dolly and Jack Conner of PA; Theresa and Ronnie Atzert of NJ; Lena and Jack Haslem of NJ; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Salvatore and Michael Ross.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no services or visitation.
