David F. Ginney
MORISVILLE: David F. Ginney, 79, of Pleasant Valley Rd., passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Crouse Community Center. He was born June 18, 1941 in Oneida a son of the late Marion and Mary Hoffman Ginney and received his education in Morrisville-Eaton Schools. As a younger man, David was an avid bowler when he was not tending to the family farm. His life’s work was the farm for which he took great pride. In more recent years he enjoyed coffee with friends in Hamilton and lunch at Susie-Q’s in Morrisville. He was a kind-hearted and gentle man who will be greatly missed.
Surviving are his brother and sister-in-law, Marlon and Delores Ginney of Cameron Park and Folsom CA, nieces and nephews Eric Ginney, Chico, CA; Christina McColley Bozeman, MT; Steven Ginney, Davis, CA; Diane Bollinger, Meadow Vista, CA and 5 great nieces and 3 great nephews.
Special cousin and her family, Harriett McNamara of Morrisville; Melissa Rogers, Rick McNamara, Susan Parkhurst and their families.
Private Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 31 Cedar St., Morrisville, NY 13408. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be held in the spring in Morrisville Rural Cemetery.
