GLENFIELD, NY: Jeremiah J. Johnson, 40, of Greig Rd., passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Lewis County General Hospital in Lowville.
He was born March 26, 1980 in Manassas, VA, a son of Alfred Dale Johnson and Rebecca M. Legacy Johnson. He was raised in Waterville and was a graduate of Waterville High School Class of 1999. Jeremiah was an asbestos removal manager for Sessler Environmental in Macedon, NY. His favorite times were spent riding his Harley and snowmobiling.
Surviving are his parents, Becky Legacy of Virginia Beach, VA; his father, Dale Johnson of Forestport; a son, Justice Johnson of Syracuse; a daughter, Kyleigh Johnson of Tupper Lake; a sister, Jessie Johnson of Virginia Beach, VA; maternal grandparents, Darrell and Caroline “Carol” Legacy of Oriskany Falls; an aunt, Roberta Gaynor of Collegeville, PA; an uncle, Scott Legacy of Waterville; many cousins and friends. He was predeceased by an uncle, Steven Legacy.
A Celebration of Jeremiah’s life will be held at a later date and time to be announced.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 210 E. Main St., Waterville, NY.
