HAMILTON: Kristen C. Manwaring, 56, of Hamilton, passed away on April 15, 2022, at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. She was born in Oneida on December 31, 1965, the daughter of the late Richard and Shirley Rodman Charles. On October 16, 1993, Kristen was united in marriage to Jeffrey A. Manwaring in Pulaski. Kristen worked as a one-on-one aid for the Hamilton Central School District and had a career in law enforcement where she worked for the Madison County Sheriff’s Dept., the Oneida Nation Police, the Hamilton Police Dept. and a security officer for Colgate University. She enjoyed gardening, camping, taking walks around Lake Moraine and she was an avid Buffalo Bills fan. Kristen is survived by her husband, Jeffrey, her children; Tyler and Colin of Hamilton; her sister and brother-in-law; Wendy and Stanley Fisher of Hamilton, nieces and nephews; Calyn and Steven Polakow and their children Norah and Amelia of Lansing, Cameron and Taylor Fisher of Manlius; many aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws. She will be missed by Reggie and Sadie, her two dogs whose company she enjoyed very much.She was predeceased by an infant sister, Andrea Jo Charles. Calling hours will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 25 Broad St, Hamilton, NY 13346.
