Peter John Vervaet

Peter John Vervaet of Georgetown, NY passed away at his home on Sunday, November 22, 2020 after a courageous fight with cancer at the age of 60. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Anne Vervaet and survived by his loving wife Kathie, his daughter, Jessica (Brian) Babyak, sisters, Yvonne (Glenn) Snead, Martha Boulay, and many nieces and nephews.
Born in Tully, NY, he was a graduate of Tully High School and Alfred State College. Peter was a talented contractor owning his own home remodeling business for over 30 years. His quick wit, love of horses, his sensitive and kind soul will be forever imprinted in our hearts as we remember how he touched each of our lives. Per his request there will be no services. Peter’s wish is that any donations made in his memory be to your favorite charity helping animals.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 31 Cedar St. Morrisville, NY.
