SHERBURNE: Robert P. “Bobby” Palmer, 65, of Handsome Brook Ct., passed away unexpectedly at his home on July 1, 2020.
He was born August 23, 1954 in Oneida, a son of the late Leon Paul and Marion Heap Palmer. Bobby grew up on the family farm in Hubbardsville and received his education in Sherburne-Earlville schools. He worked for Standard Printed Circuits, Inc. in Sherburne for over 35 years. He was a former member and had served as assistance chief of the Hubbardsville Volunteer Fire Department. He enjoyed bowling and playing shuffleboard at one time
Surviving are his brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Margaret Palmer of Sherburne; sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Emerson Buell of Randallsville; nieces and nephews, Shawn (Pam) Palmer of Morrisville; Paula (James) Barker of Earlville; Ricky (Dawn) Stevens of Munnsville; Randy (Cherie) Stevens of Earlville; Lisa (Mike) Hendricks of MO; and Tonya (Ken) Brooks of GA. He is also survived by his close friend, Jack Muhlfeld of Earlville.
Graveside services will be held at 10am Friday, July 10, 2020 in the West Hill Cemetery, Sherburne.
There are no calling hours.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 10 S. Main St., Sherburne.
